The team operates globally, focusing on expanding financial services such as insurance, savings, and travel. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to transform ambiguous problems into clear technical execution plans.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Ensure rapid shipping without compromising reliability or quality
- Drive architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents effectively
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production launch
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and establishing priorities
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
