Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-powered tools for spending, saving, and investing. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for scaling products used by millions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
You will balance people leadership with technical depth, ensuring the team ships reliable software quickly. The role requires close collaboration with product, design, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers and manage performance regularly
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, APIs, databases, or cloud
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs
- Track record of shipping products from idea to launch
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast pace
- Strong English communication skills
