This position requires a hands-on leader who collaborates across product, design, and AI teams. You will own engineering outcomes, improve processes, and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence in a fully remote, global environment.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Drive technical architecture for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and reliability
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve tooling and automation to support team scalability
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents effectively
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs for scalability
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch and production
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
