Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As an Engineering Manager, you will guide a high-performing team in scaling products across Southeast Asia and beyond.
You will balance technical depth with people leadership, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising quality. The position requires close collaboration with product, design, and AI teams to solve ambiguous problems and drive business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers and manage performance expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong English communication skills required
