Work across frontend, backend, and AI domains to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution. This role requires strong ownership of both engineering standards and production outcomes in a distributed environment.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed and technical quality
- Drive architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve tooling and automation to support scale
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience managing engineers and owning delivery
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs
- Track record of launching products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast pace
- Strong English communication skills
