You will manage the governance and operational excellence of enterprise AI technologies and Microsoft 365 platforms. Your work ensures secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of tools like Copilot Studio across the organization.
The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to review roles, manage permissions, and oversee environment lifecycle management. You will also handle reporting on agent deployment and usage to support leadership decisions.
What you'll do
- Enable secure and scalable adoption of enterprise AI and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Manage permissions, access reviews, and least-privilege security controls
- Develop and maintain Copilot Studio environments and compliance settings
- Oversee environment lifecycle management and agent deployment readiness
- Publish and manage availability of AI agents for targeted audiences
- Produce reports and dashboards on agent usage, compliance, and performance
- Conduct quarterly audits and maintain governance documentation
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Solid understanding of computer and business processes in financial institutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
