You will manage the governance and operational excellence of enterprise AI technologies and Microsoft 365 platforms. Your work ensures secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of tools like Copilot Studio across the organization.
What you'll do
- Manage secure adoption of Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI platforms
- Oversee Copilot Studio environments, policies, and capacity planning
- Enforce least-privilege access and conduct periodic security reviews
- Deploy new AI capabilities and models securely within the enterprise
- Publish and manage AI agent availability for targeted audiences
- Produce dashboards on agent usage, compliance, and performance metrics
- Maintain documentation and support quarterly governance audits
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Solid understanding of financial institution business processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management
- Familiarity with Entra ID and group-based access controls
