You will manage the governance and operational excellence of enterprise AI technologies and Microsoft 365 platforms. Responsibilities include securing AI agent deployment, managing permissions, and ensuring compliance across SharePoint and Active Directory environments.
What you'll do
- Govern secure adoption of Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI tools
- Manage permissions, access reviews, and least-privilege controls
- Configure Entra ID identity settings for AI agents
- Maintain Copilot Studio environments and capacity planning
- Deploy new AI capabilities and models securely
- Publish and manage availability of AI agents
- Produce reports on agent usage, compliance, and performance
- Conduct quarterly audits and maintain governance documentation
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Understanding of financial institution business processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- Experience with SharePoint and Active Directory
- Familiarity with AI platform governance and security
