As part of the founding Enterprise Architecture team, you will build the function from the ground up by creating playbooks, reference architectures, and technical discovery processes. You will act as the senior technical voice in strategic deals, working directly with global leadership to align Zip’s platform with the complex requirements of major enterprises.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and procurement leaders
- Create foundational assets like reference architectures and integration matrices
- Define the system integration narrative for ERP and adjacent systems
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product roadmap inputs
- Coach solution engineers on technical positioning and objection handling
What you'll need
- 15+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or pre-sales
- Deep knowledge of the intake-to-pay lifecycle and data flow
- Strong command of ERP ecosystems including SAP, Oracle, and Workday
- Fluency with iPaaS, REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and ETL
- Proven success selling to or implementing for Fortune 500 customers
- Experience owning security reviews and proofs of concept at scale

- Experience building a function or team from scratch
- Background in high-growth SaaS or Big 4 Consulting
