Join ElevenLabs as a Solutions Engineer to help scale technical solutions for enterprise clients using AI voice technology. You will collaborate with sales teams, architect custom integrations, and build tools that empower customers to implement solutions independently. This role focuses on bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and customer needs.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes
- Architect bespoke solutions for technical contacts at customer companies
- Create compelling technical demonstrations of product value
- Develop enablement resources to improve sales team technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer independence
- Identify common integration patterns to productize with engineering teams
What you'll need
- Strong interest in AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Enjoy direct customer interaction and tailored technical support
- Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scaling
- Empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Technical background to architect integrations with existing systems
- Experience working with customers in professional or project settings
- Proficiency in Python and software architecture principles
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences
