Join ElevenLabs as a Solutions Engineer to help scale technical solutions for enterprise clients using AI voice technology. You will collaborate with sales teams, architect custom integrations, and build tools that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
The team values high-velocity experimentation and impact over job titles. You will work with a global team of researchers and engineers to define the trajectory of AI audio products.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes
- Architect bespoke solutions for technical contacts at customer companies
- Create compelling technical demonstrations of product value
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer independence
- Identify common integration patterns to productize with engineering teams
- Develop technical enablement resources to improve sales team fluency
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in software architecture and integration
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of development patterns
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Based in Colombia, preferably Bogota
