As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Dash0, you will serve as a trusted technical partner for major enterprise clients. You will design and validate observability architectures using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies, ensuring customers achieve their technical goals.
You will collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact proofs of concept and provide architectural guidance. This position combines pre-sales technical validation with post-sales implementation support to drive customer success.
What you'll do
- Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tools
- Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute technical proofs of concept for prospects
- Deliver technical demos to engineering and executive audiences
- Collaborate with account executives throughout the sales cycle
- Provide guidance on telemetry data modeling and collector design
- Maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures
- Partner with product management to influence roadmap priorities
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with observability pipelines and distributed tracing
- Hands-on skills in instrumentation and data ingestion
- Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE practices
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record in creating technical demos and POCs
- Collaborative mindset across sales and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Contributions to blogs, talks, or open-source docs
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
- Background in venture-backed startup environments
