You will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes by designing and validating Dash0's platform in enterprise environments. Working with sales and product teams, you will deliver high-impact proofs of concept and guide observability architecture discussions to ensure customers realize full technical value.
What you'll do
- Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies
- Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute proofs of concept to highlight technical capabilities
- Deliver technical demos tailored to engineering and executive audiences
- Collaborate with account executives to position Dash0 during sales cycles
- Provide guidance on telemetry data modeling and collector design
- Create reusable demo environments and reference architectures
- Partner with product management to influence roadmap priorities
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry ingestion
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
- Ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives
- Skill in creating technical demos and architectures that prove value
- Collaborative mindset across sales, product, and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Contributions to technical content or open-source documentation
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
- Experience in high-growth venture-backed startups
