Join ElevenLabs as a Solutions Engineer to help scale technical solutions for enterprise clients using their AI voice platform. You will collaborate with sales teams, architect custom integrations, and build tools that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
This position supports the growth of ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI by ensuring seamless technical adoption. The team values high-velocity experimentation and impact over job titles, offering a chance to define the trajectory of AI technology.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes
- Architect bespoke solutions for technical contacts at customer companies
- Create compelling technical demonstrations of product value
- Develop enablement resources to improve sales team technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer independence
- Identify common integration patterns to productize with engineering teams
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in software architecture and integration
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of development patterns
- Fluency in English and Spanish with cultural nuance awareness
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Based in Mexico, preferably Mexico City
