You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, translating their requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations. Working across pre-sales and post-sales, you will design architectures, execute proofs of concept, and demonstrate the platform's value to both engineering and executive stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies
- Translate enterprise requirements into performant Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute technical proofs of concept to validate capabilities
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations to engineers and executives
- Collaborate with account executives to position Dash0 during sales cycles
- Provide guidance on telemetry data modeling and collector design
- Maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures
- Partner with product management to influence roadmap priorities
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry ingestion
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven skill in creating technical demos and architectures
- Collaborative mindset for working across sales and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot for pipeline visibility
- Contributions to blogs, talks, or open-source documentation
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
- Background in high-growth venture-backed startups
