This position focuses on scaling technical solutions efficiently by identifying integration patterns to productize. You will work directly with technical contacts to provide tailored support and improve internal processes.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes
- Architect bespoke solutions for current and prospective enterprise customers
- Create compelling technical demonstrations to communicate product value
- Develop enablement resources to improve sales team technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation for independent customer implementation
- Identify common integration patterns to productize with product teams
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in software architecture and integration patterns
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of software development
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
- Ability to adapt communication messaging to different audiences
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances in Asia
