Join ElevenLabs as a Solutions Engineer to help scale technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with sales teams, architect custom integrations, and build tools that empower customers to use the AI voice platform effectively.
This position is remote-first within Sweden, with a preference for Stockholm. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required to navigate regional cultural nuances and support local customers.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes
- Architect bespoke solutions for technical customer contacts
- Create compelling technical demonstrations of product value
- Develop enablement resources to improve sales team fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Identify integration patterns to productize with engineering teams
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in software architecture and integration
- Proficiency in Python and software development practices
- Fluency in English and Swedish required
- Experience working directly with customers on technical issues
- Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scaling
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
