You will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0’s platform in enterprise environments. Working across pre-sales and post-sales, you will partner with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies
- Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept to highlight technical capabilities
- Deliver technical demos to engineering and executive audiences
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Provide guidance on observability setup and telemetry data modeling
- Maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry ingestion
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
- Ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives
- Experience creating technical demos and architectures for POCs
- Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Contributions to technical content or open-source documentation
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
- Experience in a venture-backed startup environment
