You will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes by designing and validating Dash0’s platform in enterprise environments. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will guide architecture discussions and ensure clients realize the full technical value of the solution.
What you'll do
- Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tech
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept to highlight technical capabilities
- Deliver technical demos to engineering and executive audiences
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Provide guidance on telemetry data modeling and collector design
- Maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing
- Experience with instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
- Ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives
- Skill in creating technical demos and architectures that prove value
- Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Contributions to blogs, talks, or open-source documentation
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
- Background in high-growth venture-backed startups
