Join Moxie’s Event Creative Team to support aesthetic entrepreneurs with high-quality design production. You will create on-brand assets for social media, SMS, and print while building reusable template systems that scale across a growing event calendar. The role offers variety through dozens of distinct event themes rather than repetitive brand work.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end creative production for assigned events including social, SMS, and print
- Build and scale reusable creative systems like modular templates to reduce repetitive work
- Organize and expand the visual asset library into an accessible system for the team
- Improve creative turnaround time and output volume as the practice network grows
- Bring new creative trends and ideas to quarterly campaign planning discussions
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience producing social graphics, SMS images, and print assets
- Strong command of platform specs for Instagram, web, and print formats
- Track record of managing high-volume creative queues without sacrificing quality
- Experience building reusable, template-based design systems that scale
- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into daily workflow
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
