As a Field Application Engineer, you will collaborate with partners to integrate Voltai’s systems into their workflows. You will provide deep technical support, debug issues across software and hardware boundaries, and relay customer feedback to internal design teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with customers to integrate hardware and design systems
- Provide deep technical support for complex integration scenarios
- Debug issues spanning both software and hardware boundaries
- Translate customer requirements into feedback for design teams
- Support partners in adopting Voltai’s workflow solutions
What you'll need
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with hardware design, simulation, or EDA tools
- Background in customer support, debug, and design validation
- Skills in schematic review and board-level analysis
- Ability to perform failure investigation on hardware systems
- Clear communication of complex technical concepts
How you'll work
