As the most senior customer-facing technical advisor, you will bridge architecture and business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. You will influence enterprise technology leaders, accelerate platform adoption, and help define how modern organizations secure access across devices and AI agents.
Beyond direct customer engagement, you will scale the Solutions Engineering organization by creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring senior engineers, and translating market insights into product strategy.
What you'll do
- Advise CIOs and CISOs at Fortune 500 companies on identity and security challenges
- Lead technical discussions during strategic sales cycles and executive briefings
- Create scalable technical playbooks and reference architectures for the global team
- Mentor senior Solutions Engineers to elevate overall technical capabilities
- Influence product roadmap by sharing customer feedback with Engineering leadership
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive forums
What you'll need
- 12+ years in enterprise tech, cybersecurity, or solutions engineering
- Proven success influencing executive leaders at large organizations
- Deep expertise in identity, access management, or cloud security
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

- Experience speaking at major industry conferences
- Background in AI security or developer platforms
- Track record of building scalable customer engagement frameworks
