As the most senior customer-facing technical advisor, you will bridge architecture and business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. You will influence technology leaders, accelerate platform adoption, and define how modern organizations secure access across devices and AI agents.
Beyond direct customer engagement, you will scale the technical capabilities of the Solutions Engineering organization. This involves creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring senior engineers, and translating market insights into product strategy.
What you'll do
- Advise CIOs, CISOs, and architects at strategic enterprise accounts
- Lead executive briefings and strategic workshops for complex deals
- Create scalable technical playbooks and reference architectures
- Mentor senior Solutions Engineers to raise team capabilities
- Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and market trends
- Represent the company at industry conferences and analyst events
- Partner with sales leadership to navigate competitive evaluations
What you'll need
- 12+ years in enterprise tech, security, or solutions engineering
- Proven success influencing Fortune 500 executive technology leaders
- Deep expertise in identity, access management, or cloud security
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience supporting strategic enterprise sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer and industry events
Nice to have
- Experience with AI security or developer platforms
- Background in building reusable customer engagement frameworks
- Track record of speaking at major industry conferences
