Join SpaceXSI as a Field Engineer focused on the healthcare sector. You will serve as the technical lead for prospective and strategic enterprise clients, guiding them through evaluations of Cursor and demonstrating the value of AI in engineering workflows.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will scope solutions and act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders. This customer-facing position requires blending technical expertise with strong communication to influence product direction and ensure successful onboarding.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and demos
- Manage proofs of concept and technical validation for new deals
- Build relationships with engineering, security, and IT stakeholders
- Navigate high-security environments and complex developer workflows
- Deliver technical presentations and workshops to executive audiences
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with post-sales teams for smooth handoffs and onboarding
What you'll need
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfortable presenting to CTOs, CISOs, and program leaders
- Understanding of SDLC and operational impact of technical details
- Hands-on fluency in workflows and AI tooling
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales
- Background in federal, defense, or highly regulated tech sectors
- Ability to learn healthcare buying motions and security expectations quickly
