Join the SpaceXAI team to serve as the technical face for enterprise customers in the Life Sciences sector. You will partner with sales and engineering to help researchers and developers evaluate Cursor, running proofs of concept and demonstrating the value of agentic coding in regulated environments.
This position requires bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor to scientific leaders and IT stakeholders. You will influence product direction by advocating for customer needs while ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
What you'll do
- Partner with account executives on technical discovery and demos
- Manage proofs of concept and technical validation for expansion
- Build relationships with engineering, R&D, and commercial IT teams
- Navigate complex setups in research-heavy and regulated environments
- Deliver technical presentations and workshops to scientific audiences
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with post-sales teams for clean handoffs and onboarding
- Monitor competitive landscape to maintain technical advantage
What you'll need
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfortable coding with developers and presenting to CTOs
- Understanding of SDLC and ability to link tech to business impact
- Hands-on fluency with workflows, AI tooling, and complex environments
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps and co-own deals
- Interest in Life Sciences and regulated organizational structures
- Motivation to accelerate humanitarian benefits through AI adoption
