Join the team building Super Intelligence technologies, including Colossus supercomputers and Grok models. As a Field Engineer, you will serve as the technical face of Anysphere, helping enterprise clients evaluate and integrate Cursor into their engineering workflows.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope solutions and demonstrate capabilities. This position requires balancing deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills to drive product adoption and influence roadmap decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with Account Executives
- Build relationships with engineering leaders and developers as a trusted technical advisor
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and rollout best practices
- Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and onboarding
- Maintain deep knowledge of Cursor capabilities and the competitive landscape
- Support strategic account planning and drive expansion through technical validation
What you'll need
