Join the National Security Mission Success team to support international defense and government clients. You will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, handling technical enablement, repairs, and feedback loops for Skydio's autonomous drones.
What you'll do
- Provide onsite technical support and logistics for defense customers
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, and inspection techniques
- Develop field support processes to accelerate debugging workflows
- Reduce engineering escalations through effective triage methods
- Create written inspection procedures and maintenance instructions
- Act as a liaison between customers, product, and engineering teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience supporting and repairing UAS for large clients
- Willingness to travel globally up to 80% of the time
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Experience with government or military customers preferred
- Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days
Nice to have
- OCONUS deployed military experience
- Familiarity with RMA, spares, and logistics workflows
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of military standard maintenance practices
- Existing or prior security clearance
