You will bridge the gap between Sardine’s AI platform and client needs by architecting and deploying custom intelligent workflows. Acting with high ownership, you will translate complex operational challenges into technical solutions that prevent financial crime and automate compliance tasks.
This position requires both the technical rigor of a data scientist and the strategic mindset of a consultant. You will work directly with customers to scope requirements, train models, and ensure seamless integration into production environments.
What you'll do
- Embed with clients to translate ambiguous challenges into technical architectures
- Train and deploy custom AI agents to prevent fraud and automate workflows
- Optimize agent performance using prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Establish AI risk metrics and evaluation pipelines for deployed agents
- Collaborate with internal teams to scale custom models into production
What you'll need
- Five or more years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and pipeline building
- Ability to own the end-to-end solution lifecycle independently
- Strong skills in translating client needs into concrete technical requirements
- Creative critical thinker focused on delivering measurable business value
