You will join a team that scopes, builds, and measures AI systems directly inside client infrastructure. Working with category leaders in critical industries, you will design solutions that integrate with existing compliance frameworks and systems of record. The focus is on agentic AI with deterministic validation, ensuring high-stakes applications like document intelligence and voice triage are auditable and reliable.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to handover
- Build eval harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring for AI systems
- Extract structured data from documents with deterministic checks
- Optimize pipelines for cost and quality using appropriate models
- Define autonomy boundaries for high-stakes workflows like voicemail triage
- Track KPIs and baselines with clients before and after deployment
- Maintain client-facing engineering presence and feedback loops
What you'll need
- 5+ years of full-stack delivery experience
- Production experience shipping LLM or agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and React
- Experience deploying within client cloud and compliance regimes
- Strong stakeholder management and discovery skills
- Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with enterprise integrations like Salesforce or SAP
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time
