You will design and implement data bridges that feed Hilbert’s agentic AI systems, choosing between managed ClickHouse warehouses or native customer environments like Snowflake and BigQuery. Your work ensures high-fidelity data access and semantic clarity, allowing AI agents to provide accurate business insights regardless of where the data resides.
What you'll do
- Own the technical lifecycle for new customers by selecting optimal deployment paths.
- Build hybrid integrations using ClickHouse, Dagster, and Airbyte or native warehouse logic.
- Define metadata and business logic to create an AI semantic layer for custom datasets.
- Use internal Discovery Agents to automate data mapping and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Transform diverse source data into unified growth models for machine learning systems.
- Serve as the lead technical resource for high-stakes enterprise infrastructure deployments.
What you'll need
- Proficient in optimizing ClickHouse queries and writing native Snowpark or BigQuery SQL.
- Strong Python skills for implementing data orchestration scripts and automation.
- Ability to define data context and ontology to prevent AI hallucinations.
- Experience communicating with Data Architects to extract logic from custom tables.
- Comfortable using AI agents to assist with data discovery and pipeline scaffolding.
Nice to have
- Deep experience with dbt for warehouse-native data modeling.
- Knowledge of optimization strategies across multiple modern data warehouses.
- Familiarity with semantic layer frameworks such as Cube or MetricQL.
- Background in E-commerce or Retail metrics like LTV, CAC, and attribution.
- Previous experience building agentic workflows or AI-driven data processes.
