As a Forward Deployed Engineer at the company, you will bridge the gap between customer success and engineering. You will own the technical relationship with strategic clients, from initial discovery and proof-of-concept to live production deployment of AI-driven risk systems.
This position requires deep expertise in agentic AI, API integrations, and data architecture. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring AI agents for fraud and compliance use cases while providing critical insights to shape the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and architect proof-of-concept implementations for prospective clients
- Design solution architectures including API patterns and data pipeline designs
- Own end-to-end technical implementation from kickoff to go-live
