Neon is building a modern payments and e-commerce platform that helps game publishers operate independently from app stores. As an early team member, you will shape the partner engineering function, working closely with sales and customer success to support developers.
You will own customer-facing documentation, manage onboarding processes, and implement specific features requested by clients. This role offers significant ownership over product direction and team standards within a high-growth startup environment.
What you'll do
- Scale the partner engineering function alongside sales and customer success teams
- Build and manage developer onboarding processes for new clients
- Own and maintain customer-facing documentation for technical products
- Develop new features to address specific customer requests
- Set engineering standards and guide the growth of the team
What you'll need
- Five or more years in partner engineering or similar customer-facing roles
- Experience writing API documentation for complex technical products
- Willingness to perform full-stack development for client needs
- Proven ability to lead projects and help teammates improve skills
- Fluency in both English and Korean
- Located in or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea
