Join Crogl’s growing Forward Deployed Engineering team to empower security operations with AI. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring successful deployments and maximizing the value of the security analytics platform.
The role requires embedding with strategic clients to understand their challenges while providing feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams. You will also support the sales process with technical demonstrations and help build the function’s internal knowledge base.
What you'll do
- Lead architectural reviews and optimize performance during customer implementations
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients using the platform
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements for engineering teams
- Deliver technical demonstrations and support feature engineering during sales
- Embed with strategic customers to analyze business and technical requirements
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and share best practices
What you'll need
- 3-5 years in software or customer engineering with client-facing focus
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype ideas and execute them
- Familiarity with API concepts and data integration strategies
- Understanding of coding languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Python
- Experience deploying apps in secure cloud and data center networks
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience building or supporting security products for enterprise networks
- Hands-on work with AI systems, ML models, or agentic frameworks
- Track record of thriving in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines
