HappyRobot provides infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate autonomous AI workers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success, ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform.
You will work directly with customers on onboarding and integration while building scalable features and MVPs. The role requires combining strong engineering skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage optimization
- Build new features and MVPs to impact customer outcomes
- Develop robust applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on tailored solutions
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on proficiency in Python
- Experience building AI/ML applications and tuning LLMs
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate third-party systems
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Independent mindset with strong ownership of outcomes
