As the primary technical owner for key accounts, you will architect and deploy software that enables enterprises to use AI agents in the financial system. You act as the bridge between customer needs and platform development, ensuring secure and observable agent execution.
You will work alongside customer teams to identify friction points, prototype solutions, and drive end-to-end deployments. Your insights from the field will directly shape the product roadmap and core platform features.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with customers to define technical objectives and scope requirements
- Prototype, design, and launch features for applications, APIs, and SDKs
- Configure agent identity and credentialing systems for auditability
- Manage end-to-end deployments including testing and troubleshooting
- Analyze customer codebases to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar languages
- Proven track record of shipping complex production features
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with quality standards
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-ownership environments
- Fluent with AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain infrastructure
- Public examples of building AI-driven solutions
- Knowledge of writing agent skills and integration patterns
- Interest in stablecoins and programmable identity
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, and React
- Contributions to open-source projects or published technical work
