As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Guild, you serve as the technical link between the company's AI agent control plane and complex customer environments. You will not only demonstrate the product but also build custom integrations and ship code that solves tangible business problems.
This position requires balancing deep technical implementation with strategic sales support. You will collaborate with sales teams to close deals and work with core engineering to shape the platform roadmap based on field insights.
What you'll do
- Map customer business processes to agent-based solutions during discovery phases
- Design integration architectures connecting the platform to tools like Slack or Salesforce
- Implement custom workflows and agent behaviors using modern LLM frameworks
