You will work directly with customers to onboard, implement, and support HappyRobot’s AI platform, ensuring they maximize its value. This position blends technical execution with client interaction, requiring you to build features, manage integrations, and iterate on AI solutions based on real-world feedback.
Operating without traditional hierarchy, you will collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions. The team values extreme ownership and craftsmanship, expecting engineers to take responsibility for outcomes and maintain high standards in a fast-paced startup setting.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage of AI solutions
- Build new features and MVPs using full-stack technologies
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting
