As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation of AI Virtual Agents and CX automation workflows. You will translate business requirements into production-ready deployments that improve containment, resolution speed, and operational efficiency.
You will partner with customers to define success criteria and execute builds while collaborating with internal Engineering and Product teams. Your work will directly influence the evolution of the agentic platform based on real-world enterprise needs.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of AI agent deployments from scoping to launch
- Configure agent workflows and decision logic for accuracy and reliability
- Implement guardrails and validation frameworks for safe agent performance
- Build and validate integrations with CRM, ticketing, and data platforms
- Partner with customer stakeholders to define requirements and timelines
- Translate customer needs into clear implementation plans and documentation
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product to improve platform capabilities
What you'll need
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Engineering
- Strong technical foundation with coding, APIs, and end-to-end integrations
- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Available to work during EST hours (3:30 AM IST start)
Nice to have
- Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering
- Background integrating enterprise SaaS systems with security focus
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or equivalent
- Strong product instincts and ability to define success metrics
