Join the Revenue Team at Runpod, an AI infrastructure platform serving over one million developers. You will bridge the gap between customers and engineering, ensuring seamless operations for users training and deploying frontier models.
This position focuses on resolving complex technical challenges, guiding high-value customers through onboarding, and translating user feedback into product improvements. You will work closely with sales, support, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
What you'll do
- Join sales meetings to explain technologies and build proof-of-concept solutions for potential clients
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues related to configuration, performance, or code errors
- Use code analysis, scripting, and log review to identify root causes and deliver fixes
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve escalated tickets and GPU server issues
- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive platform improvements
- Create technical documentation, guides, and FAQs while delivering training sessions and demos
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- At least three years of professional software development experience
- Located in the APAC region, ideally Malaysia, Singapore, or South Korea
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases like inference, fine-tuning, or LLM applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go
- Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Understanding of data center components, server hardware, and network protocols
- Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs
- Ability to read and understand code, logs, errors, and execution traces
