Join the team as a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers maximize the value of an AI platform. You will handle onboarding, implementation, and support while building features that directly impact user outcomes.
What you'll do
- Guide customers from onboarding through ongoing usage of AI solutions
- Build new features, MVPs, and scalable tools for client needs
- Develop applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on proficiency in Python programming
- Experience building AI/ML applications and tuning LLMs
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate external systems
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Independent mindset with strong ownership of work
