You will embed with strategic customers to implement Ent’s intent-aware security platform, ensuring rapid value realization. This position involves defining deployment playbooks, translating customer workflows into scalable patterns, and providing direct feedback to engineering teams to refine the product.
What you'll do
- Define processes for deploying and scaling Ent in customer environments
- Lead initial deployments for modules like Insider Risk and DLP
- Translate customer workflows into repeatable deployment patterns
- Act as internal customer zero to drive product enhancements
- Collaborate with research teams to validate detection models
- Build playbooks and templates for partner handoffs
What you'll need
- Experience in forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering
- Strong technical foundation in endpoint, systems, or security
- Proven ability to work directly with customers in ambiguous settings
- Product intuition regarding usability and daily adoption
- Builder mindset comfortable creating structure from scratch
- Experience turning early-stage deployments into scalable programs
