You will manage one or more high-value accounts, guiding their Brainbase deployment from post-sales handoff to full production. This outcome-oriented program requires embedding with customers to ensure secure, scalable implementation of internal agents.
The position covers the EMEA region and allows you to work from anywhere within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa. Occasional travel to customer sites is required to support key phases of the deployment process.
What you'll do
- Manage one or more customer accounts simultaneously
- Oversee the process from post-sales to final deployment
- Embed internally with customers to manage deployments
- Ensure secure and scalable agent implementation
- Support high-value enterprise and government clients
What you'll need
- Based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
- Experience managing technical deployments end-to-end
- Ability to work effectively in customer environments
