Join Nango as a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to help developers integrate AI agents with user APIs. You will work closely with over 700 paying customers, including ServiceNow and Replit, to resolve implementation challenges and ship product improvements.
This role requires strong full-stack engineering skills paired with excellent communication abilities. You will lead technical deep dives, pair with clients, and translate their needs into lasting platform solutions.
What you'll do
- Guide customers from technical evaluation through to production deployment
- Lead client calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives
- Build integrations and resolve complex platform issues
- Ship full-stack product improvements from design to deployment
- Communicate clear updates and next steps to clients
- Influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback
What you'll need
- Exceptional English communication skills in writing and on calls
- Ability to build trust and explain technical tradeoffs clearly
- Enjoyment of frequent customer interaction and developer support
- Minimum 5 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Skill in translating customer needs into product solutions
- Comfortable debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems
- Reliable management of multiple customer priorities
