You will work directly with clients to onboard them onto the HappyRobot platform, ensuring they maximize the value of autonomous AI workers. This position blends technical implementation, including building features and managing APIs, with strategic customer support to drive successful outcomes.
Operating without traditional hierarchy, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions. The team values extreme ownership and craftsmanship, expecting you to take initiative in solving complex problems while maintaining high quality standards.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage optimization
- Build new features and scalable solutions using full-stack technologies
- Design and iterate on AI/ML applications including LLM prompting
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party enterprise systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on tailored solutions
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on proficiency in Python programming
- Experience building AI/ML applications and tuning LLMs
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate external systems
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Founder mindset with high independence and ownership
