As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between Cohere’s North product and client engineering teams. You will lead end-to-end deployments in secure environments, ensuring AI integration meets strict data privacy and security standards for industries like finance and healthcare.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, design deployment strategies, and collaborate with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure needs. This role requires high-velocity experimentation and a strong focus on customer success.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security requirements
- Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize downtime
- Experiment at high velocity to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
What you'll need
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments
- Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters and using Helm
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and DevOps practices including CI/CD
- Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in fast-paced environments
