Join a physician-owned healthcare group splitting into multiple specialty brands. You will build the data layer and automation tools supporting mergers, acquisitions, and brand rollouts. The role involves direct collaboration with leadership to replace manual prototypes with robust systems.
What you'll do
- Build diligence data rooms for seller uploads and checklist tracking
- Create notification systems for data room completion status
- Develop target-analysis tools using financial and business data
- Connect priority trackers to meeting transcripts with approval steps
- Build brand rollout trackers for multiple specialty brands
- Create asset engines to generate ad creative at volume
- Implement REST API integrations with OAuth2 and error handling
- Deploy solutions to Azure cloud environments
- Process PDFs and spreadsheets using LLMs and OCR
What you'll need
- 3+ years building internal tools, integrations, or data plumbing
- Professional-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Strong SQL skills including schema design and window functions
- Experience with Postgres, SQL Server, or Azure SQL
- Ability to build front ends using React or similar tech
- Cloud deployment experience, preferably with Azure
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform and Graph API
- Production experience building with LLM APIs
- Knowledge of secrets management and least-privilege access
Nice to have
- Experience with M&A tooling and deal pipelines
- Healthcare industry exposure or EMR knowledge
- Experience with multi-entity finance systems
- Marketing operations experience with HubSpot or CMS
- Knowledge of Meta or Google ad platform APIs
- Experience working within HIPAA compliance boundaries
- Familiarity with vector search and embeddings
- Experience with Docker or job scheduling queues
