Join as a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, specifically Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and large language model workflows. You will partner with Fortune 500 and enterprise clients, particularly those in Spanish-speaking regions, to co-design and implement technical approaches using the Stack AI platform.
The position involves integrating large language models into client operations, contributing to the platform codebase, and driving high-value opportunities through demos and proposals. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and product improvements while evangelizing the solution at industry events.
What you'll do
- Optimize and support solutions for strategic accounts on the Stack AI platform
- Map requirements and relationships within target enterprise customer offices
- Pursue new opportunities and provide feedback on go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to the codebase by translating customer feedback into improvements
- Forecast and close high-value business opportunities
- Write proposals, pitch to stakeholders, and lead product demonstrations
- Evangelize Stack AI capabilities at enterprise industry events
What you'll need
- Three or more years of experience in data science, software development, or generative AI
- Fluent in Spanish at a professional or business level
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably Fortune 500
- Expertise in AI/ML, RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, and enterprise data analytics
- Eagerness to build business in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel ten to twenty percent of the time
