You will bridge the gap between Clearly AI’s automation platform and complex enterprise security environments. Your focus is on ensuring deep, correct, and measurable deployment of threat modeling and privacy review tools.
The team works directly with security practitioners at global brands to optimize workflows, manage integrations, and translate operational friction into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding from contract signing to production usage
- Integrate platform with enterprise systems like Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow
- Configure review workflows to align with customer security processes
- Run structured weekly syncs and track technical dependencies
- Translate deployment friction into actionable feature requests for engineering
- Triage support issues and identify recurring patterns in bugs
- Create documentation and onboarding playbooks for customers
What you'll need
- 2+ years in GRC, privacy, security engineering, or consulting
- Hands-on experience with threat modeling or vendor risk assessments
- Experience implementing security tools into enterprise workflows
- Strong cross-functional project management skills
- Fluency in security terminology such as STRIDE, DPIA, and CVE
- Ability to debug customer issues to identify root causes
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a forward deployed engineer or security consultant
- Deep familiarity with AppSec reviews and privacy programs
- Experience translating deployment challenges into product improvements
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, and Confluence integrations
- Passion for security automation and operational efficiency
- Experience working in early-stage startups
