You will own critical deployment workstreams for Lyric’s enterprise AI supply chain platform. Acting as the primary technical contact, you will guide large customers through implementation, ensuring successful adoption and steady-state operations.
The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-visibility projects on time and within budget.
What you'll do
- Own deployment workstreams from initial planning through to go-live
- Manage project plans and run meetings independently
- Align priorities with customer and internal executives
- Lead user acceptance testing and drive solution adoption
- Train customer teams on using the Lyric platform effectively
- Serve as primary point of contact during go-live and monitoring
- Translate business needs into platform builds with technical teams
- Apply AI tools for modeling, data prep, and documentation
What you'll need
- 3–7+ years of experience in technology systems delivery
- Background as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator
- Strong program and project management skills
- Ability to own workstreams and drive timelines autonomously
- High energy and comfort navigating complex client organizations
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in supply chain consulting is preferred
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
- Experience in the oil & gas industry
