You will own delivery workstreams for Lyric’s enterprise AI supply chain platform, managing projects from initial planning through to steady-state monitoring. This customer-facing role requires leading structured UAT, training client teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
The position demands high autonomy and the ability to align priorities with internal and external executives. You will apply AI tools for modeling and configuration while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for Fortune 500 clients.
What you'll do
- Own deployment workstreams end-to-end from planning to go-live
- Manage project plans and keep stakeholders informed of status
- Align priorities with customer and internal executives
- Lead structured UAT and drive solution adoption
- Train customer engineers and operators on the platform
- Serve as primary contact for end-users during go-live
- Translate business needs into platform builds with tech teams
- Apply AI tools for modeling, data prep, and documentation
What you'll need
- 3-7+ years of experience in technology systems management
- Background as a senior consultant at a large integrator
- Comfortable owning workstreams and running meetings independently
- Strong program and project management skills
- High agency and ability to navigate complex client organizations
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Supply chain consulting background is preferred

- Experience in the oil and gas industry
